Ricardo J. Cardinal Vidal: Scenes of Cebu’s Beloved Shepherd is my personal tribute to the Archbishop-Emeritus of the Catholic Church in Cebu.

It is a photographic chronicle that aims to document one of the most beloved and respected persons in Cebu. As a personal undertaking, the photos posted here were shot only during special events where I had the opportunity to join.
